Ipswich RV Services works closely with all insurance companies to insure your caravan or motorhome is repaired promptly and to the highest standard.

We will assess the damage and discuss the right repair process for your caravan or motorhome and arrange for the estimate and specific photos to be sent to your insurer. Depending on the extent of the claim your insurer may elect to assess the damage from our photos or book an inspection time with Ipswich RV Services (at this time we will need your caravan or motorhome to discuss the repair process with the assessor).

Once your insurer has assessed and authorised your claim, Ipswich RV Services will be in contact with you to explain the next steps in the process and arrange a book in date for your repairs to be done. We will provide you with a time frame that we will require your RV for the repairs to be completed.
